That official anime music clip by the director for "Shinkai no Kodoku"... I really can't help but feel lonely for Stella, and the song really tops it off. A shame that this song's retracks did not make it on a single release, and they now have finished the series. Sigh.

I just started watching Gundam SEED I'm 25 episodes in and loving it. I've long had a love for
Anna ni Issho Datta no ni by See-Saw. I do love FJ and Kalafina but I do miss See-Saw some times.

^ I really really look forward for the time when Chiaki and Yuki will play together again... (25th anniversary in the industry, maybe? xD)

I am really disappointed for not having a single release for Shinkai no Kodoku and Honoo no Tobira retracks... Ugh

I brainfarted and somehow voted for Honoo no Tobira instead of Akatsuki no Kuruma. I voted Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru as well. Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru is the first See-Saw song I listen to (I know I'm so late) and I absolutely adore it although I listen to it while watching the PV and the PV is super strange. That simple melody line and the whispery quality of Chiaki's singing are really beautiful.

Akatsuki no Kuruma is simply epic in live vol.4, and I like it much better than the recording version. I think it's the first Yuuka song that really touched me. I like Honoo no Tobira but not as much as the other two I mentioned before. Distance is my least favorite because it's totally unoriginal, the melody line seems forced in some place, and tbh it's my least favorite FJ song, only 2nd to storytelling which is maybe my least favorite Kajiura song ever.

Seconded. It's one of the few songs that I don't want a FJ cover of. I may or may not have found ten different live versions of the song...

^I've found some live version as well but I like live vol.4 because of the reason that I'm pretty sure you all know, lol. Nozaki Masuke ftw

Bumping this so that other members can vote on their top four Yuki songs for Gundam Seed/SD, to keep the trend on knowing current CPM favorites.

I love all of them, as well as the retracks! Good to know Anna ni Issho was on the top spot, cause its the first See-saw song I've ever listened to ... and I was like 8-9 years old when I first watched Gundam SEED <3
So sad I didn't have chance to listen to Keiko x Haruna Luna collab for Honoo no Tobira last Music Energy 2014 XD

Voted in no particular order:
Anna ni Issho Datta no ni - Honestly I didn't like this at first, but See-Saw's voices really grows on you. Resistance is futile.
Akatsuki no Kuruma - My first love. Everyone was busy celebrating and watching the fireworks one New Year's Day and I was drowning myself with feels from it.
Shinkai no Kodoku - Only heard one time, outside of GSD (haven't watched the Shinn/Stella arc yet (and I don't care about them)), but LOVED this.
Kimi wa Boku ni Niteiru - Because See-Saw is LOVE.

Honorable mentions are Mizu no Akashi, Shizuka na Yoru ni, and Life Goes On. But I'd most likely skip on the last one.

mmm, i was never really a fan of the gundam seed/seed destiny image tracks because they all sounded too similar to me with the exception of mizu no akashi and fields of hope. but kimi wa boku ni niteiru and life goes on are my favorites definitely. its a shame toki no sabaku wasn't actually a track from the anime and just a b-side because that is one of my most favorite kajiura composed songs.
i'm surprised shoot isn't one of the choices.

i recently watched the remastered versions(for both GS & GSD) and let me tell you, that was like a walk back into childhood LOL this series was probably my first love :XD::dote::touched:

in no particular order:
anna ni issho datta no ni-- this song really gives me feels. i absolutely LOVE athrun & kira (more so athrun..lol) and i feel like this song was written especially for them :plot:
akatsuki no kuruma-- okay, this is a given. i LOVE athrun & cagalli's relationship (let's not get into the ending of GSD....i cried for them haha) they're probably my favorite pairing ever. this song always makes me think of the time where they met...so heartfelt!
fields of hope--i really don't care for lacus...but this song made me tear up when i first heard it years ago during the series.
kimi wa boku ni nite iru-- this is THE song that makes me cry. whenever it comes up, my eyes start to tear up LOL it just makes me think of the ending and whatnot :...::touched:
life goes on-- i know you said to pick 4, but i love all the tracks :touched:so let me pick at least 5 hahaha! life goes on is one of my favorite endings. the lyrics, the guitar,
EVERYTHING about this song is perfect!:ayashii:

kinda off-topic...but sunrise, where is that movie you promised us years ago??:knife::gimmeh:i heard long ago that one of the creators/writers was sick? perhaps that's why? but imagine the movie included more kajiura compositions??? i'd cry lol

Back then when the poll was created, I was only limited to 10 choices so... it felt like it was the least talked about back then. If I add it now, the results of the poll might get reset. I'll see later if this is really the case.

Yeah... so much for hoping for new See-saw songs. Now with all the current Gundam series they are working, I guess we won't hear much news about this movie for a while...

I don't think there's gonna be a movie.

Bar some terrorist organization which is simply leftover food right now, there's really nothing to spark a war.

Blue Cosmos? Gone. EAF? Destroyed. Or at least a fraction of its former self and hardly any threat. And I'll REALLY like to see the reaction from fans if (Heaven forbid!) ZAFT and Orb turn on each other. Chances of that happening is a gazillion to one. (of course they could dethrone Lacus or Cagalli but that's even more leftover food.)

Wait. What? Keiko and Luna sang HnT? cool! :gimmeh:
