It depends, usually its about a week prior to Yuki's birthday so that there is enough time for the collage process, so August 3 maybe?

Can someone bring me up to speed? Still not quite sure of what we are doing but it sounds like we've finalized the plans. (though looking through some old posts, I totally concur we should do it Runes language SHAFT SPEAK FTW!)
