Complain about all!

Oh ho ho... is it a new old spammer account that I see or not... Guess we'll find out soon...

The hell is going on with youtube/google? I Just searched for 優しい夜明け and youtube search results show the official auto-generated upload as/link it to " See-Saw/Lacus Clyne(CV:Rie Tanaka) - Topic "

^ I tried it for your post's sake, for me it's the opposite. Status does not open, ototoy.jp works. Status says "No server maintenance scheduled" ? Not sure what happens here. I googled "status" website but it doesn't come up?

I think that's all the status page should say. So it works for you.

I can't even connect to the main ototoy.jp page, while status subdomain works. I am perplexed.

^weird. maybe you turned on vpn and it doesn't like vpn? (though on my end, I tested it with vpn and it's fine, possibly country related?)
or try deleting cache from your browser? maybe you accumulated far too many temp files from stuff? (is it slowly opening? or gives an error saying "we can't connect to this website"?)

Yes, VPN could be a reason. Some sites block certain countries (geo block) or provider IP ranges.
Another source of trouble could be that somebody else from your IP range misbehaved and the ototoy.jp admins simply blocked the whole range, instead of that single offending IP.

Some services love to block whole ranges in order to prevent bad connections. This is, however, a bad (and lazy) practice, as it blocks regular traffic also.. as we can see here in this case.

So, if VPN is not the cause, you could try to contact ototoy.jp somehow (just in case e-mail is still allowed from your IP range), and tell them that you have trouble visiting their website, what you IP is, e t c.

Sometimes these range blocks are only temporary, like in the case of e-mail (spamhouse/spamcop for instance) or web site traffic.. often being protected by services like Cloudflare.
If attacks from a certain IP range continue, these services will keep the blocking in place. If attacks stop, the bans will most often be lifted after 24 hours.
