Apart from Yuki, are there other artists you like very much?

I've given a chance to Yanagi-san but, although she sure is skilled, I just didn't like her solo albums.
Supercell's next album "ZIGAEXPERIENTIA" is as great as "TIABD" was, even if the vocalist (and the musical style) were different. Ryo's composing makes it all.

@Daiima, the composers have a lot to do with it and you'll notice on clips taken from Japanese television that the composer and lyricist are usually credited along with the performer.

^Oh yes. ZIGAEXPERIENTIA is brilliant. :hearts: I have a heck of a lot of respect for Ryo as a songwriter. I do like Nagi's voice, but songs like "百回目のキス" suit Koeda's voice really well too.

I read that for that album, Ryo wanted to make something that made people smile, but arranged it around her voice and was also influenced by Muse and Pink Floyd. No wonder I like it so much!

I liked the Japanese and English captions:

I was on BBC iplayer recently, looking up science and history documentaries that I hadn't seen before and found two that were about filming rare species off the Japanese coast. The music sounded familiar, because it was composed by Joe Hisaishi! :stars:

Although they were narrated by David Attenborough when broadcast here, they're not made by the BBC - I'm guessing they were originally done by NHK, hence the Hisaishi BGM. It was a bit unexpected, but it sounded great. I suppose he's used to writing for nature-type stuff after working with Miyazaki on Mononoke Hime and Ponyo.

I'm guessing then that they've been shown in Japan already with a non-English narrator...and since one of them was all about deep sea sharks, I'm assuming Wakana has seen that one. :XD:

Hm. I'd rather say that the girl next to her ressembles Keiko ^_^
A couple weeks ago though, the cashier at my supermarket really looked like Hikaru ^^

@Westkana The single should be released on 3oth September! It doesn't seem to be a tie-in this time^^ The title gives me an EGOiSTiC SHOOTER vibe.

^I've always been impressed with Sumire's willingness to travel, and find it really endearing when she goes all-out with her eclectic interests and obsessions. An all-consuming fascination with Russian history, gothic lolita fashion and tanks? My kinda woman! :goodjob:

Himeka is such a talented girl. My heart broke when I got to know about the break with her company. I'm glad she will have a new project.
