What age were you when you started listening to Kajiura?

i was 12 years old, i'm 22 now so that makes 10 years :o i'm so old haha :blood:

I think that's the most realistic answer of those who said that started very young... :uh..: i doubt you guys were actually searching for her mp3s when you were at elementary school somehow.. :XD: ((except maybe,Asian people that would listen to their music even on the radio :) ))
Because i did heard of her songs before i got into japanese music as well,by watching some of the anime time ago. 2 years ago only ,i started to actually search her music more. I loved Gundam Seed Destiny/.hack//sign and Tsubasa soundtrack back then,even though i didn't know who made them :XD:
 
hmm.. I was on fifth grade then.. maybe when I was 10 yrs old.. :XD: I used to listen in FJ Kaori songs then and I didn't know it was her project until sometime.. Well it has only been 4 years but since I had a hiatus for about a year, that makes it three.. :uh..:
 
I might be the only member in here who started listening to Kajiura music at the age of 16. :\
I was first introduced when I listened to Kaori's "Calling" towards the end of my Sophomore Year of High School. After that, I found Kaori's FictionJunction project songs... and then found the rest of the other Fictionjunction artists.... and then to Kalafina... :D
 
2006, so I was 11? or 12, at that time. Wow, time flies~
I first heard her songs from Gundam SEED, as I told on my introduction. :3
Anyway, it was really nice to discover her again through Kalafina <3

Err, it was back in 2008 when I first heard Petit Cossette if I recall correctly, but I didn't know who Yuki was at the time. I didn't really look into her until 2010 when I stumbled across Kalafina, when I was 20. Then again, I didn't get into anime until I was 18, and it was a while before I started listening to Japanese music as I didn't really find anything I liked for a while.
 
The first Kajiura music I listened was from Gundam Seed, iirc. It was in 2003/2004 so I was 10 yrs old, on my 4th/5th grade of elementary school. But at that time I didn't know the songs I listened to were composed by Kajiura. Then in 2005 I watched TRC and completely in love with the music (again, I still didn't know it was Kajiura). I consciously followed her since Pandora Hearts because my friends were all really into the series (even though I wasn't). I remember loving Parallel Hearts back then. Then I listened to Kalafina thanks to Kuroshitsuji, but I didn't really like the song. Then Kalafina released progressive and I fell in love with Kalafina and started listening to their KnK songs.
 
Found Kajiura through PMMM and out of Kalafina's Magia back in 2013, when I was 13. I'm 15 now *cough cough*
 
First time I've (unconsciously) Kajiura, when I was 20 years old in Tsubasa Chronicle.
consciously when I was 22 years old and I was watching Mahou Shoujo Madoka (and I was delighted by Magia and soundtrack).
Now I'm 26
 
14 years old~knew yuki kajiura through Pandora Hearts OST..but the one that catch my first attention was Wakana though in Parallel Hearts PV
 
12 years, back in 2007. Stumbled upon the .hack//SIGN OST, got enchanted by 'Key Of The Twilight' and 'Fake Wings,' and that was where it began.
 
I first fell in love with Kajiura's music when I was between 10-11 years old, thru Tsubasa Chronicles (A song of storm and fire and Tsubasa, to be exact). Through it, I discovered Eri Ito and FictionJunction Kaori. Thinking FJ was band, I further looked for the other FJ members, LOL. I only found Yuuka and Asuka. :XD: Back then, the internet barely had anything about Kajiura (or maybe I just don't know where to look, lol) but few months or probably years later, I found a VERY helpful site... canta-per-me.net :love:I didn't join the forums, but I usually come here for information. Then I found out that she did Gundam Seed and .Hack//sign too, which is nice 'coz I remember watching those anime when I was even younger than then.


Few years later, I RE-encountered Kajiura's music through Pandora Hearts. I thought it had a nice set of soundtracks and all but I didn't bother researching until I found myself enjoying the opening song and accidentally reading "FictionJunction" on the opening credits. So I went back to CPM and start researching again... until I finally decided to join. LOL. :sohappy: I'm 19 turning 20 now, and I still love her~ :dote:
 
10/11ish years old?? back when gundam seed was airing. i'm 23 now (omg i'm old hahaha). my first ever single i bought was...probably anna ni? i think?
