Yuki Kajiura to compose for "Taikan! Great nature"

Because >BS-PREMIUM.

Speculation corner: Kajiura is only doing the OP theme for the show.

Oh now that I looked at her blog post again she does says that
「体感!グレートネイチャー」のテーマ曲を作らせて頂きました。

google translate
"Experience! Great Nature" theme song I was allowed to make.

why did I thought that she was doing the whole music

Unless they release a soundtrack for the show :XD: Otherwise we will get it with the next Works for Soundtrack :ayashii:
Consider from the range of released times of the music in the Works for Soundtrack... How long should we have the next one...? 5 years at least...??? :uh..:

Not really. She has tons of unreleased works (Madlax, Tsubasa, Stage Musicals, Hokuto no Ken etc), so it could even be this year :sparkleguy:

Madlax and Tsubasa is labeled by Victor. Hokuto no Ken by Columbia Music. The Works for Soundtrack is a Sony Music project.

Well, her VN and soundtracks are Sony alright, but somehow I thought that all of her anime works were handled by Victor... :ayashii:
Too bad it's not a complete ost... but still another song with Eri :shy: If fortune has it, we might hear it in one of future YK lives (unlike Hanae, Eri does take part there sometimes).

Does really matter. Remember that the Rainbow, Shin Kimagure Orange Road soshite、ano Natsu no Hajimari, EAT-MAN, Boogiepop, and other musics from The works for Soundtracks were by other labels than Sony, yet they were in WfS. So there's no obstacle imo.

Yes, but some of that companys are part of Sony Music. If you think that Madlax or Hokuto could be included in a tWfS then, tell me, epithalamion is an important unreleased song since 2008, why Yuki doesn't included it in this album? Also that yearned theme of Tokyo Revelations. Instead, Boogiepop, BLOOD or EAT-MAN got an stand-alone CD.
Oh, maybe Victor and Columbia rejected the petition, if there was...

Well, this particular case... maybe Yuki considers it a song exclusively written for a live event rather than for the anime it's dedicated to. :ayashii:
Concerning Madlax tracks, much of what I heard in the "unreleased" pack falls under bridge category. Such short tracks found their way to .hack/SIGN library because there was a whole CD dedicated to extra music, but maybe the situation with Madlax was different, there being many short bridges that wouldn't look too well in a CD unless re-recorded and expanded. Besides, it may have something to do with the show itself - AFAIR Madlax wasn't quite as popular as .hack/SIGN and Noir (the latter also had an extra album for alternative versions and a bunch of outtracks). And come to think of it, was any subsequent Bee Train work as popular as these two, even with Yuki's music and all? :uh..:

Of all non-Sony-related unreleased works, Xenosaga 3 thus has most chances, since there are a number of original AND full-scale songs left out plus some gems that could be brought over from A Missing Year OST. The bad news is, Namdai doesn't seem to care about the franchise anymore.

And of course, the very mention of Tokyo Revelations theme keeps making my eyes moisty. Keeping such a song unreleased is a disgrace to whatever label that handled the recording. :glower:

Hmmm, originally written for the short film, also prologue to Hokuto no Ken Zero, and altered for the event.

edit: this is very off topic! :omg:
