This is correct, Amazon JP is generally offering ~27% discount on almost all DVD/BD items (and 10-20% on CD+DVD/BD) during the pre-order period. Normally, the discount runs until the release day - unless the item sells out before that date, of course. After the release date, the discount will typically drop to 20-25% (and can vary daily).george1234 said:Yuuka's Live On has the same discount so I guess its a discount for DVDs and BDs in general or something.
None, except gift certificates - but you can't buy those without a credit card.chrisgarci said:Aside from Credit Cards, what mode of payment can be used in purchasing items from Amazon JP that can be used anywhere in the world?
What makes you think so?Eddie エディ said:I think the sale lasts until the 17th of this month.
Note that for international orders, Amazon JP will offer International Express as the only shipping option, and this can be quite expensive for single item orders (¥3000 for Europe, ¥3800 for South America). This can completely negate any discount you may get on the item, so make sure to compare the total cost including shipping.Yukito said:Thanks for the info, I'll try to buy it until then.... Hope I can do it

It's quite normal for express mail (~2 days from JP to Europe) and about the same price as the FedEx option on cdjapan, but Amazon JP removed all other shipping options (regular air mail etc.) years ago - in 2006 I think.Yukito said:... Tha shipping option. Why so expensive?
Thank you very much for your advices, Firak!
I plan to buy the Blu-Ray of YK #9 + Kaori's album.... But including the shipping, I think CDJapan is better for me....
That refers to a different promotion that is currently running. The pre-order sale is here and not time limited.Eddie エディ said:I'm not very good at Japanese, but I think that is what it says on that page under the product name and stuff.
