Since I buy most of my (Japanese) CDs/DVDs through amazon.co.jp, I may be qualified to give some answers here...

This is correct, Amazon JP is generally offering ~27% discount on almost all DVD/BD items (and 10-20% on CD+DVD/BD) during the pre-order period. Normally, the discount runs until the release day - unless the item sells out before that date, of course. After the release date, the discount will typically drop to 20-25% (and can vary daily).

Note that for international orders, Amazon JP will offer International Express as the only shipping option, and this can be quite expensive for single item orders (￥3000 for Europe, ￥3800 for South America). This can completely negate any discount you may get on the item, so make sure to compare the total cost including shipping.

It's quite normal for express mail (~2 days from JP to Europe) and about the same price as the FedEx option on cdjapan, but Amazon JP removed all other shipping options (regular air mail etc.) years ago - in 2006 I think.

For bigger orders (4+ items), heavy or expensive items it can still be cheaper than cdjapan though, since shipping cost per additional item is low (￥300) and does not depend on size or weight. And discounts on box sets can easily top ￥5000.

That refers to a different promotion that is currently running. The pre-order sale is here and not time limited.
 
Dang, I had my hopes up, wanting to buy the bluray. But it also only comes with LPCM stereo like the DVD. Sigh...should I splurge $85 for this? :uh..:
 
^Kugayama, for me live vol #10 is such a once in a lifetime event. You should go if you can. I'll go this time. :sparkleguy:
 
^I've only attended Day 1 and Day 2 of live vol # 9. See the BD or DVD will always be on shelf for you to order, but live vol #10 will be a one night only event.

What I can't understand is why did they choose the picture where Kaori's singing and the other girls are just standing? It's ruining the balance of the picture. It's better if they choose either they're all just standing or they're all singing.

The lighting and overall-scene looks kinda like Kala's After Eden live DVD for me.
 
You are welcome! They sure put more thought into making them than Sony does. The combination of all these lights (by combining 4 different images) is specular.

lol I just noticed the thing about Kaori, maybe because it was the only one that had the lights they way they wanted them. Also the bird at the top is kinda out of place, or did it sneaked in before the concer started ? :XD:

Its also funny how Yuki is both on top and at the bottom of it
 
@george : Maybe Yuki is on both top and bottom of the cover is to make the cover looks fuller/not totally empty on the bottom area?
