Yeesh. There will be no fanclub draw for the HongKong show, but they have reserved 30 seats near the front for Japanese fans who want to go to the HK show. Preferential treatment even while overseas... JP fans can just email them to reserve a seat. First come first served.

There's another one in Tokyo as well

Well, I'm committed to Animelo Summer Live / Kalafina / Chiaki Ishikawa in late August, otherwise it could be tempting to do HK and Japan in September. I presume any FJ Club member could email to reserve a ticket for the HK show?

It's not limited to fanclub members, but it'd be limited to those living in Japan. Not that it would be impossible to get tickets through someone in Japan, just whether it would be worth the trouble. They started taking requests today anyway. It might already be sold out for all we know.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can do a double run for both Tokyo and HK. Going for even one might prove to be difficult. Getting tickets ought to be rather difficult too...

あの“Kaji Fes. 2013”から興奮覚めやらぬ中、
早くも番外編ライブが決定しました。
Sort of like an extra live. She probably enjoyed herself too much during Kaji fes.

Btw, source is the FJC site

According to the site, details of ticket selling will be announced soon.
What I learnt from the web is this company usually reserved certain seats for pre-sale, and then the general sales would be done via Hong Kong Ticketing website. You can use credit card to purchase the ticket from oversea and collect it at the appointed locations.

Let's wait for the officiall announcement.

So tempting to make a vacation to Hong Kong for this concert, since the language barrier isn't too bad (though I can only speak Cantonese, and not read, but there's plenty written in English). If only I had relatives whom I was close enough with that I could crash at their place...

Why not in the beginning of October when I have vacations and definitely have a chance to go to Hong Kong  But well, probably I'll take a couple of days off and will be able to go...

100 tickets in the prime seating area (HK$ 980) will be up for pre-sale draw. Unfortunately (for me), this draw is open only to HK and Macau residents.
I really do hope the concert's tickets won't be difficult for foreigners to obtain.

^ :TdT: I wish to avail those HK$ 980 seats as well... Hope there are still some more...

How many seats are there per section anyway?

http://www.ed-production.com.hk/

Judge from the floor plan that there will be around 500 $980 tickets.
The 100 pre-sales tickets are in the left centre block, the whole right centre block and the two front wings are still available for open sales.
As regards pre-sales tickets, they assign the seats by lottery, you can't choose where to seat. It's all depend on your luck. You will not know where you seat until they send the tickets by registered post in early August. The chance in open sales is not that bad.

definitely marking this down :sohappy: . hopefully ed productions will post an update soon, and will look forward to a guide Smiley or any kind sould would post for first time visitors to HK.

I can't speak cantonese, but I think my chinese is decent/understandable. I'll rely on a translator app to convert from simplified fonts if I am not sure which traditional character is the appropriate one :ohoho:

According to the Facebook of ED Production, they are going to announce details of open sales in next week.
Surfing thro ED's website, recently they use URBTIX web ticketing system.
http://www.urbtix.hk
http://urbtix.cityline.com.hk/internet/action/index.do

They accept international credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, but you have to register as their member to buy the ticket.
https://urbtix.cityline.com.hk/internet ... wd=aboutus

You should go to the site to get register and familiar with the procedure first because there is a great demand for 980 ticket.

Open sales start on 7/4. They use "Hong Kong Ticketing" system this time. :uh..:

From the website of ED:
Regarding "Yuki Kajiura LIVE in Hong Kong" to be held at KITEC 6/F Rotunda3 on 20 September 2013 (Friday, The day following the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival), the public sale of tickets will start from 4 July (Thu) through "HK Ticketing"(http://www.hkticketing.com/eng/) and Tom Lee Music outlets.

Get ready :sparkleguy:

Does the site also caters to customers overseas? I may think of ordering a ticket as soon as possible then get the ticket once I arrive in Hong Kong the day before the event. Is it possible?

^I think so. The site accept international credit card and send ticket to overseas (with additional charge of HK$200). You can use your credit card used at the site to collect ticket at the outlets.

Go to the website
http://www.hkticketing.com/eng/
click the customer service button, and check FAQs to find out more details.

@Bevan, I am not sure if it become available at midnight, I heard that it usually start at 10 am. Have to check out.

7月4日早上10時公開售票
A facebook comment from the staff mentions that sales will begin at 10am (HK time, GMT +8). (HK fans are complaining about seats reserved for locals; Why is it all on the right?; An event in HK reserves better seats for main landers?; Good lord the self entitlement)

I'd still check at 12am though, on the off chance that they are wrong about the timing.

Seeing as they bothered posting in English as well, there must be a lot of foreign fans making inquiries. Ready your mouse and CC, everyone. It's going to be a rough one.
