It's not. Completely different tracks. OST2 tracklist is probably a mistag/print/whatever.

Mezame instrumental was erroneously tagged as Tokiro no Mai.

Tokiro no Mai is the guitar song from OST 1.

Only Japanese.
But since they're supposedly not singing Japanese songs, then the only way to sing that song is to make an English version.
