Hello ; my name is Shizuka and i'm releaved after my registration because the time of lurking in indecision (whether i should or shouldn't join this cite ) is FINALLY over . :sohappy:
Iam 15 and will turn 16 next May . I am fond of reading especially novels and i'm a big fan of anime and manga :shy: Iam a very shy person and i don't usually start conversations with strangers ; and i have difficulities at interacting with people :uh..: ( in short ;im cursed :cry: )
I really like all Kajiura's works but i must admit that my favourite amoung all is Kalafina :ohoho:

Hi Shizuka, I hope that you get to see Kalafina and Yuki Kajiura and her other singers and Front Band Members some time soon, although it helps being able to visit Japan to do so.

I also believe shy people are kind of cursed, since I am also, and I know what happens when you want to talk but you have nothing to talk about :uh..:

Dont worry, speaking in the internet is much easier than speaking irl since you dont face the people you talk to so there's less fealing involved, which makes shy people less shy :V:

Hi Shizuka :XD: I too to suffer the shyness curse and never spoke a word in class my entire life >_> I was only forced to recently due to my line of work, to talk to people and start conversations and I'm getting good at it XD but still can't do it very well in front of teachers and classmates. Then they all think I'm creepy or arrogant :uh..:

Personally I was able to talk to people but only for a bit, while on the contrary, my mother is able to start talking with every person you can think of, stranger or not, for hours, I dont know how she does it, but I curse myself that I didnt got even the 1/10 of the ability :XD:

Shizuka, hi! Please do not cut yourself short. I am certain if you saw somebody wearing a Kalafina t-shirt, your first reaction would be to run to that person and start a conversation. You just need to find the correct people!

George1234, my mother is the same, she is literally a social butterfly!

Kerahna, back in school, I hated presentation type assignments as I had to stand in front of the class. Not that I didn't have things to say; rather I tend to lose focus with so many faces staring at me. That's why I have so much respect for public performing artists! :) One thing that helped me is one of my first jobs: Helpdesk. Since I had to talk to people but didn't have to face them, it helped me with being able to talk to strangers without having to actually be in front of them.
 
Super Duper Late Welcome!! I too am very shy, I was a lurker for about 5 years... XD XD XD I love reading novels too!! Out in public, you usually find me carrying a book around.
