Ahoy together. ^^/

It's been a while since the last post in this sub forum.
Times are busy and so we all are. : ) - I'd be happy though if you find the time to review these two pieces.

01 - Sit beside me - [ click ]
In order to create a certain mood, I did arrange some original scenes from the .hack//SIGN series in this video. There were screenshots from the original DVD release. But as these were wayyy to low in resolution, I decided to try out and hand these to an AI, in order to enhance resolution and detail richness. - It is on you to decide; Did it work out? : ) - The intention: Together with the piano they should recreate the typical mood from the original series.
Piano wise, the original YK piano had been removed by AI also, and kept "the rest" as backing track. At the keys I tried to emulate the Kaji style as much as possible.
I am now 3,75 years into piano learning. I'd like to ask your unbiased and Kajiura trained ears what you think. : )

This is a preview for a possible solo piano cover of this piece. I know there still are timing issues, but I like to know how you think about 1) the idea for a solo piano release, and 2) the piano voice!
As for No 1: The full piece goes through an iteration of atleast five keys, and contains some bridges in between. Still, it's the same melody and scheme for the whole track. In the original the vocals and Ms. Kajiura's piano magic makes it work, but without vocals and without the Kajiura magic, it might get boring quite easily.. for the listener atleast. - True it goes through all the keys, and given this can be done at some point with training.. plus the bridges might work out without vocals also, but in the end, it's the same melody repeated 5 times from start to end, and that's it. ; o
Do you think this could work?
As for No 2: The piano voice got modelled for this purpose. It's a layer of effects and two pianos (with a little panning for better stereo richness). Question is: How do you like the piano voice? Do you think it's overloaded? Is it alright? How about the reverb? - Is it too much, or just right? Sooo many questions.. ^^*

In any case I'd like to thank you for your time, and hope you like what you have heard! ^~^,

Beautiful! You really seem to have improved a whole lot!

I like the posture and movement of your fingers on the keys for "Everytime you kissed me" (not familiar with the other song).

@CloisteredFlame :

^^* Thank youu for your comment and feedback!
I'm trying to play these daily, and might have improved a tiny bit. ^^ - It's so much fun to play these and see small tiny improvements here and there.
Currently thinking about how to continue with the "Everytime you kissed me" piece. I'm surprised that you do not know "Sit beside me" ^^ - This is from the .hack//SIGN era. - It sure is quite an early piece, but I like it so much. - It is completely melodic and comes without vocals. It is just there to deepen the impression in the anime series, which worked out GREAT back then. It must have left an enduring impression on me.. *g*

Again, thank youu for your time! ( :
