I recognize instantly the distinct Kajiura Yuuki-sama style , My Hime-ish but this is the first time I have listened to this tune .

I even tried to pause/play to catch some of the phrase and google the lyrics but nothing comes up.

So what is the name of this song?

Well... the vocals in the later part of the video are from FictionJunction WAKANA "Hikari no Yukue". I'm not home so I can't tell you exactly which track is the first part, but chances are the choruses only version is on Hokuto no Ken OST1 as well. (And if it's not on Hokuto no Ken... I'm guessing it's Xenosaga... lol.)
