Waiting for Yuki Kajiura LIVE vol.#4 PART 2 DVD

So I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this. I just got my DVD the other day but when I went to watch it, it was almost as if the DVD was semi-defective. It kept resetting the video on one of my players but on the other it works half the time. Anyone else experience this or have an idea why this might be happening? It didn't happen on Part 1, vol 3, etc.
 
It sounds like there's a defect in your disc.

It happens really rarely. I had one a while back, the disc would play fine in one of my DVD players but only if I could get it to load to begin with and the other DVD player wouldn't even load it.

If it's causing you that much trouble it might be worth your time to consider trying to get a refund/replacement.

I hope I can get a replacement because CDJapan's almost out of First Press Editions...

BTW is there anyone skilled enough in dvd custom subbing, to create a patch to add oolong subtitles to Yuki Kajiura's concerts DVDs ?
 
Anyone have all the translations of the MCs?(and may be the DVD #3 too)
