So far this band has covered Vocaloid songs with a combination of traditional Japanese instruments and modern ones. Some of the members started as NicoNico singers. Their first album is titled "Vocaloid Zanmai".

I started listening to them. Pretty cool concept melding of folk and rock.
 
Really really great concept, I'm fond of this band. The combination of visual kei, traditional music and Shigin singing is amazing.
Too bad I didn't manage to attend their first abroad live in Paris :/

I have always loved their covers of vocaloid songs. I have been listening to their album since last week and I'm loving this band even more! Their original song sounds amazing.

It has everything to be one of my fav bands.
 
I was disappointed about missing their live show in Paris too - they have a cool look, and the songs sounded really interesting. Definitely something I might enjoy, given the chance.

Another band to look into!

the lead vocal sometimes makes her voice sound creaky which is so characteristic, it's great!
 
Neat, didn't even realise we had a Wagakkiband thread. Happy I saw them at Japan Expo, was a really enjoyable performance. Looking forward to what they're gonna do next.
 
Well they released quite a number of new songs since then: Hanabi, Nadeshiko Sakura, Ikusa and Hana Furumai.
They will perform in Ōsaka next October too... but on the 3rd. :comeback:(According to their official website which, to my greatest surprise, is also availiable in French. ^_^)
