I reupload the previous file with a varation of the same song found in the 3rd episode, this one has longer slow vocals part at the beginning, a longer part with cello in the middle and after it the usual strings and drums part of the original piece. I dont know if its an actually different track or a making of the animation studio, but I tend to believe the first. http://www.mediafire.com/?x9edm94rqfwutp6

I remember someone had said back then that there was a slow piano version too. When I find it I will update the archive again.

There's something that really pisses me off.

Why did FictionJunction YUUKA never release the ending song of OVA "Tsubasa Shunraiki" named Kioku no Mori in single format or any other format under her name? Yui Makino did release Synchronicity as a single and I understand it became a relatively popular release, with YouTube alone having hundreds of thousands of views the last I checked. Does anyone know the reason?

The only way to get Kioku no Mori studio version lossless to my knowledge is the compilation album FictionJunction: Everlasting Songs.

I mean, pretty much everyone thinks the song is great so why decline and/or underappreciate an independent release...? 🧐🤔

For the same reason so many other songs dont have single like The Pripri song by shura (?) I think thats her name, or Fj Kaori Hanamori no Oka or Yume no Tsubasa, dream scape, Kaze no Machi e etc. Maybe they do it cause they think it wont sell well

Could be. Still, there's so much "garbage" that's been published that one tends to wonder.

The OVA wasn't very popular IIRC but although Synchronicity was a decent to successful seller (to my knowledge), they decided not to publish. It's like they simply changed course halfway through, which is not nice to a dedicated fan of the Tsubasa franchise whose popularity is quite solid. Thus, it does feel like a disservice to the (fairly large) fan base.

If the fanbase was so big wouldnt they hsve restarted the anime after so many years with Kajiura back for the soundtrack ? Yet Clamp have their hands full with anything but TRC: xxholic, Sakura remake, and that space anime with Yoko Kanno music....Meanwhile the Tokyo Revelations bgms are still not released, another indication that nobody from the original staff cares.
