when AFA was going to held in Indonesia, i and my friend guessed AFA would have Kalafina in it.
and we made a plan.... to sell our kidneys.

AAAA THAT'S A JOKE!! REALLY!

I talked to one of Korean exchange student. She said she likes Indonesian song because the lyrics are beautiful. Songs she mentioned were created before K-Pop influence (lol fail I-Pop). :ohoho:

Im kinda surprised, most of the exchange student are speaking Bahasa Indonesia fluently with less than 6 month training.

Random Fact: an arson left Kalafina's Kizuato and Hoshi no Utai lyrics on the crime scene.

some of Indonesian songs are nice... but the others are bad XD (i mean, some boyband who sing sad and mellow songs. it sounds weird for me .__.)
but i just listened to some old Indonesian songs (my mom played them), they are really good and they had unique voice that somehow remind me to Yuriko + Wakana... :XD:

My fav I singer is.... err, I forgot her name, but she constantly singing in Marina Inoue's alto range and her voice is similar with Inoue-san in Houseki. She sang 90s song. After hearing Houseki some pieces of my old memory rose back. :dote:

Sad and mellow songs are fine for me but not this kind of song (and boyband)

ah, houseki... i just downloaded it (both Inoue and Keiko versions)... Nice alto voices, nee? but i prefer Keiko's nowadays alto, her voice is stronger :shy:
ehehe, afterall, i still prefer high voices like Yuriko or Wakana~ :shy:

I like Keiko in her calmer style like in Kaze no Machi he. In Kalafina she's more darky. Both are good tho. Now we are having vocal discussion here :XD:

Yes they are a band, but current state of girlband made me call them vocal group instead.
 
Hmm did not even know there was such a thing as I-Pop, learn something new everyday I guess. heh

Also I love Keiko's version of Houseki much much better. It's one of my favorites by her, she is just so perfect for the song.

90s and early 2k were influenced by britpop.
The current condition of I-Poop is highly influenced by K-Pop (and a bit by J-Pop idols' cutesy style) + shallow lyric, no singing skill, etc. :blood:
Imagine, 20 years old girls with tons of make up sing in cutesy style :blood:
 
I just discovered that my ten year old brother is the same height as Hikaru :uh..: The Kalafina girls are so petite! :omg: :omg:
