both were not released as singles so there's no instrumental too, however I can send you Velvet no Inori's without vocal as well as a fanmade dreamscape instrumental which seems to be close to what the real one would sound like.
 
Kowz when you edit or preview a post with links behind onions you have to manually add spaces around the :onion: so it's like "[] :onion: []".

List of BGMs for every single Tsubasa episode (released with OST titles+alternate version mention and unreleased tracks). Doing it myself and skipping through the episodes is pissing me off. I want to try saving some unreleased BGMs and it would make it easier. Thanks. :)
