Bit of an odd request, but does anyone know Kalafina's favorite colors, or know of an interview where it's come up?

I've looked through all the English interviews in the media section, and only found an old one where Hikaru matched their personalities to colors, which wasn't really what I needed.

Hmm... still not showing up as out-of-print at CD Japan for me. Did you try and order it there and they say it was unavailable?

Another place to try is play-asia.com - worked for me once getting something that was going out of print and they're reliable.
