Try remixpacks.ru, they seem to have mp3s for many spice girls instrumentals. Don't know if they feature backing vocals or not.
There's this thing below which I'd actually like to have a rip of (I ain't risking ebay for a CDR lol), but I don't. It's probably making the rounds somewhere in Spice Girls circles...

It came to my attention that one person did post a Flac only rip of this album before in 2019 (That person), but like all my original rips this one is what.cd compliant, and contains all relevant BD/DVD/Iso, Scans and Photos rather than a slapdash audio encode.
