The positive Yuki-related thread

Let's explain about this thread. Sometimes I feel like we have ended being too much critical with Yuki music and threads looks so pessimistic alike. So I created this thread so we can express our positive view of Yuki music freely

Messages are composed of words and of course it is forbidden to be negative. You can save that for the main threads

I have to start then :sparkleguy:

I love after eden :hearts:

Hello, Mr Castle! :ohoho:

In special, I'm in love with "Eden", "in your eyes", "magnolia" and "Mune no Yukue".

Magia, KagaSora and snow falling are out of that league. :plot:

Oh, how nice, my gif has been deleted mysteriously ♥

And please, whoever deleted it, please don't send me a MP or whatever explaining why since it is already ridiculous the fact that it was deleted.

Thank you ♥

Yuki's music , for me , is MAGIC and POWERFUL always!!! I really love After Eden (expecially Eden , Magnolia , Sendpiper , Mune no Yukue) :dote: :dote: :dote: and Stone Cold is great!!!!! :sohappy:

Does the criticism bother people enough to make a thread where it's not allowed?

Anyway, I really like this song. It's not exactly recent, but I still love it, so it counts, right? I think I said that the Mai-HiME soundtrack is my favourite...

Criticism is a fine thing in itself but sometimes the way members construe it is disheartening. At times, it makes me question whether this is a fan site or a dwelling for bitter music pirates.

I'm excited for After Eden :shy: I refuse to listen till I get my copy however, which since its air mail...may not be till the following week :uh..:

I loved the Mai Hime ost too its one of my favorites :nosebleed: Yuki is awesome hands down.

^ I just thought they were stating their opinions, I dunno. I never really noticed anything disheartening about it, and there was nothing stopping anyone expressing their positive opinions, either.

Anyway, I think I'm slightly biased toward the Mai-HiME soundtrack, since I absolutely adored Mai-HiME; especially how Yuuka Nanri voiced Nao.

:nosebleed:

I wasn't even going to post anything here anymore, since, maybe I should excuse myself for my choice of words here, I find this topic to be so childish and ridiculous it's almost funny. A topic dedicated solely to positive feedback? Just because you see 3 or 4 members have a somewhat negative response for one album? You could have just posted your positive thoughts in the topic to begin with, it is not like anyone here will label you as stupid or anything like that. And regarding the negative feedback from some members, it is not disheartening. It is not bitter music pirates. If you all think that the negative feedback in this forum makes it a dwelling for bitter music pirates, then sorry, but most of you can't even post in a forum to begin with. You don't even know what it is like to go to a forum in which it seems the whole world hates everything the artist releases. But just because of some users that may be more critic or whatever you deem the whole forum as a negative place and create your own safe place for your positive world that you could have shared with us in the first place in the actual topic, be if from After Eden, Stone Cold or whatever.

So, please show me that you are grown up and can handle negative feedback as well. I want to believe that I'm discussing here with mature people that can distinguish criticism from mere bashing.

PS: Now I wonder if this post will also vanish into thin air.

I wouldn't label this topic as childish, since, in my opinion, there are some members that really are only capable to make critics for the sheer pleasure.

BUT if someone feels like KP-san post is offending, then I'll have to admit that user is childish.

So, keep exposing your opinion. Don't worry about what the others say. Unless they hurt you.

I think that a lot of fans get jaded after they've been fans of something for a while. And being jaded, they tend to look for disappointing parts of their fandom as opposed to positive things. I do the same thing a lot myself...the other day a friend pointed out that all I was doing was criticizing the After Eden covers, talking about the random blurs and the too-soft colors. Personally I believe that criticism is good, up to a point. Some people take it too far, and of course that's their prerogative. But I personally would like to look on the bright side because I have a tendency to be too negative about everything anyway.

What I have to say is that most of Kajiura-sensei's songs, even the ones that sound similar to others (like Kagayaku, etc.), always have a varied and beautiful amount of emotions in them. Some of them are sad, others joyful, others dark, others depressing, others uplifting, still others energetic. I can always find something that appeals to (or changes) my current mood when I look through her work. For that I'm grateful.

Also, despite the fact that I've been playing piano for thirteen years now, Kajiura-sensei has taught me more about putting emotion into my performances than my old piano teacher ever did. I find myself listening to my old performances and wondering how I could ever play in such a flat manner, and that's because she's changed my whole outlook on playing.

Koichi-san helped too, but this isn't his topic. Yet. :plot:
