Studio Live Performance of "Akatsuki no Kuruma"

Hi, there is a live performance of Akatsuki no Kuruma by a young Yuuka on Youtube which is stated variously as "studio live" or "live in Victor studio" (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the link). It's the one where Kajiura is playing on a Yamaha piano.

I'd like to find the DVD or BluRay that this performance came from. Does it exist on any media? This particular performance resists my efforts at Google-Fu!

Its from the Destination web special or something like that. In the video it had MV of nostalgia and then studio live on Akatsuki no Kuruma, Seiya, and Futari i think and a bit of talk between Kajiura and Keiichi Nozaki between the performances
