I have not gone and checked yet, but I remember Kinokuniya(KL) does carry Fool's Mate, which is the 'parent' magazine for Anison Mate. You may want to check with the counter staff to see if they do carry it.

EDIT: OK. Went to check. Kino has Anison Mate on the shelves.

Emmmm...
Further to say,Ami Koshimizu has a special column@voice newtype which is called "小清水いっきま〜す♥".So I think Yuuka is just the guest of this volume.The photo has nothing to do with an anime. :D
