Firstly, it's a funny picture - who gives a toss where she is actually looking. :P

Secondly, having seen the video countless times, I can confirm that she is actually staring at Keiko because she's just said something really dumb...

The host might have said something that surprised Hikaru and she's looking at him/her.
 
Hypothesis: Keiko's head generates a gravitational field many times greater than is to be expected by its size.

How else can her hats stay on at such implausible angles?

Hikaru also seems to be affected by the bizarre gravity of Keiko's head. Wakana appears to be immune for reasons unknown.

It's hard to tell the girls apart though...is it (from left to right): Yuuka, Yuki on Yuuka's head, Kaori on top of Yuriko, and then Keiko :headbite:-ing Wakana? :confu:
