If you were referring to the guy who isn't Ohira or Jr., I think it's JUNGO, the technician in charge of the special effects (e.g. the song titles etc.) on the screen. I can't remember his face very well but it could be him since he was there on all days of Live Vol.9 working on the screen SFX.
