Did anyone keep a copy of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7rZ5hZRCkc ? It's not available anymore, the audio track is muted for copyright reasons (yeah, go ahead and mute a video that would encourage people to buy the music it contains! Genius!)

Yes, I have it, and think that any use of YK audio by John Marr was "fair use".

IANAL but it definitely sounds like fair use to me. Guess it was some over-aggressive algorithm.

PS: YouTube once blocked the video of a friend of mine playing a piece of classical music on the piano. Guess it sounded too similar to a version sold commercially. She appealed and got it back (you could even hear her turn the page), but ... that's not how it's meant to work.
