it has never happened to me before, try with different browsers and/ or refresh with Ctrl + F5.

^ I have that problem at work which uses a transparent proxy, so I have to use my mobile instead.

That looks like what I see now whenever I try to login to chat with my current network.

I emailed Sud with that and got:

If you were blocked from the chatroom, there should be an error message you can send me - from which I might be able to tell you more.

If you are just getting a blank page, it is probably a network issue, and there is not much I can do.

So now I use my mobile to login to chat when my prepaid is rich enough.

Anyone who has the white screen/blank page problem, try using this web proxy:

http://www.awebproxy.com/

Click on options, check allow cookies & uncheck everything else.
Enter chat.canta-per-me.net then click Go.
See if this helps.
