@Insidia: We were young and it was the giant foot long candy bar! However, I introduced her to Vampire Knight. She thinks it's so cool I predicted how Viz would romanize the name. I think I was actually getting in touch with my future Yuki-sama fangirl. :sohappy:

@chrisgarci: Pandora Hearts is an awesome way to start though! Parallel Hearts is so pretty. <3 And F/Z had an epic soundtrack and it was very cool how e final scene incorporated To The Beginning!

I must confess though, guys, about the only song I can stand FJY in is her ed for Okami Kakushi. :cry:

um, Tsukishirube (Okami Kakushi ED) is not by Yuki, it was in fact the 2nd single of Yuuka's solo career :)

Personally I really like FJY's songs, they have big melodies and arrangement variety, that the Kalafina ones dont always have (you cant say "oh, this song sounds like the other FJY song"), and even though Yuuka's voice might not be as distinctive as the one of the other girls (W, K1, K2, H, Y2 etc) she still has a really good voice (dont forget she has graduated as a seiyuu, not as singer) :)

Also if you compare the songs of FJY with her solo career ones, the first are WAY better (with a few exceptions), which show how much a composer/arranger contributes to the quality of an artist's work. [same goes for Kaori's and Yuriko's cases]
 
Shows how much I know, lol. Yuuka is usually just way too idol sounding to me, and I can'tsay that I'm a fan of the little girl voice period.

lol, my first idea about your name is 'Yuki Kajiura sitting with Hello Kitty'...
now that i think about it again, Yuki Kajiura had talked about cats in Kalafina Club... something about 'i want to have cat as a pet, but i can't because my family can't deal with cats well', eh?
(but my memory is kinda vague...) :confu:
and your name's history is quite amazing :XD:


... and i don't know that Yuuka was originally a seiyuu. now i know why i always imagining Yuuka as seiyuu XD
