To prevent injuries and other problems, please refrain from bringing large luggage or placing hand luggage in aisles or on the floor. Please leave your luggage in coin lockers beforehand.
• The number of lockers is limited. Please also use coin lockers at the nearest station or other locations.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of your personal belongings or valuables. Please manage them yourself.
Please wear safe clothing and footwear to avoid causing injury or trouble to other customers. In particular, please refrain from wearing high heels or platform shoes, or large amounts of badges or sharp accessories.
Bringing in hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

Please place letters and gifts in the gift box at the reception. Those participating in the fan event can hand them directly to the artist.
