Btw there are a couple of metaphoric terms in there so I'll change some words to complement the sentences. If I translate exactly what they're saying, I usually end up making the sentences sound wonky.
Keiko: You really listen to them, don't you? To the others while you're singing. While listening to the other two (Wakana and Hikaru) sing, and when I sing (to harmonize with them), that part where the voices flow together are important.

I can't translate Keiko's words very well without making the whole thing look weird but anyway, Keiko said what they deem important about harmony is that the voices go well and complement each other when they sing together (She used the word "奏でる" which is normally applied in the context of "playing a musical instrument" so I'm not sure what is a good English equivalent when you use the word to describe singing). She exemplified this by referring to herself whenever she sings together with Wakana and Hikaru.
