Right, it seems like there aren't any more reports regarding the bayfm live after searching until today so I guess it's safe to say Kalafina performed only "Magia" and "Hikari no Senritsu". I checked several other Twitter accounts of people who attended the event and they confirmed that "symphonia" was just played back from a CD.
On a related note regarding the Oricon Infinity Music 2011 live, it's nice to see some comments around the web by Yukarin fans (who were not into Kalafina before) showering praises on the girls for their performance.
