thanks for the link!

hikari is pretty weird with all its chaotic key changes. the individual parts are great (especially the bridge and verse), but it's kinda disjointed as a whole. after listening to the instrumental version i'm really liking it a lot more, though. i love all the guitar work and the crazy flute. maybe it's the vocals that throw it off for me.

sapphire is incredible... :shy:

Thanks elcazador :nosebleed:

Listening to Sapphire now. I like it a lot more than Utsukushisa :shy: The instrumentation in Sapphire reminds me of Secret Garden's style. Very lovely~

Both songs are great !! Hikari no Senritsu is so cute and sweet and had to listen to a such long bridge since Himitsu :dote: :dote: , the only thing I didnt like about is that Wakana did all 4 refrains after the bridge, and for that reason that part sounded monotonous, while Yuki could have asked Keiko to do one of them.
Sapphire was just magical :dote: :dote: :dote: Keiko's harmonies and Hikaru's transparent voice in the bridge, the violin was also :nosebleed:

Mine was shipped today, so I think I'll wait, I think it may actually come tomorrow, which would be awesome. Can't wait to hear the full versions of both songs. Squee! :sohappy:

So, the PV is pretty boring, but much better than storia.

The DVD is, surprisingly, anamorphic widescreen instead of letterboxed (WHY DIDNT YOU DO THIS ON PROGRESSIVE SONY?!?!?!?)

Thanks el cazador.

Though Hikari no Senritsu is a bit disjointed, it sounds very nice. I really like the bridge and the chorus. I'm also glad that Yuki uses the flute again.

And Sapphire... As for me, it sounds too gloomy. I can't say I like this song. :uh..:

Surprisingly, I loved both songs! The key changes or the folksy feel of Hikari no Senritsu didn't irk me as much as I had thought. :knife:

I really like a lot the PV :shy:

They look soo weird with the instruments, and look funny at the same time :ohoho:

Anyone had a download link???? :confu:

I wanna see it in better quality

hmm... been listening to the song all afternoon and i'm loving it now. i like it even more after seeing that video - definitely my favorite that they've done so far. they look like they're having a lot of fun, and the scenery's awesome. it has a certain charm to it.

but there's a definite lack of sitting and lamping, and i'm not happy about that! :plot:

excuse me, but where are the links for the mp3 downloads?, did you fake them? please tell me where

Just watched the PV for Hikari no Senritsu - I have a few comments:

1) The song itself is pretty good. I like the tone and atmosphere. I don't mind the key changes much. As I mentioned before, I think I'll get used to it pretty quickly :innocent:

2) The flute solo in the middle...I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I really don't like it :uh..: :blood: :white: It sounds like an unsuccessful attempt at trying to be fancy and jazzy. I love the flute and all...but not in this song :rain:

3) PV is bright and colourful. I like Hikaru a lot more in this PV. She looks more gentle and sweet and unlike Progressive and Storia, she doesn't look like she wants to eat you :XD:

4) I agree with george that Keiko should have sung part of the refrain. Having Wakana sing the entire ending does sound monotonous especially when I don't understand the lyrics. It would definitely add a lot of variety if Keiko had sung a part of it :nosebleed:

definitely!
I've noticed that too

As for the PV, I also think it's rather boring, but I really like girls' outfits and I want Keiko's and Hikaru's shirts :shy:

I was thinking the same thing too! And I listened to Lilium again and that made me want to listen to the KnK soundtrack again, which is also similar to Sapphire. heh

I love hikari no senritsu, however disjointed it sounds, but sapphire sounds too gloomy for me :uh..:
