I don't know what's so exciting about this cover to you, it looks like a very random picture to me. There are red carpet photos that look more interesting. :P

Oh, and I can't stop giggling at the hem on Keiko's dress.
 
The only thing I don't like is the "I'm completely lost" look that Wa-chan has...she uses that expression a lot, and it's always looked a little forced to me.

I've always chalked that up to Wakana being uncomfortable or awkward with professional photoshoots. She always seems to have a look of perpetual disbelief on her face, but I think it's kind of endearing at times.

Keiko is Keiko. Nothing else to say. :nosebleed:

She looks very accusatory. Kind of like she was in the middle of an important situation involving her harem members, Hikaru and Wakana, and she's staring at you as if to say, "what is it?!". That'd explain why Wakana looks as if she needs an explanation from you and why Hikaru looks sort of like an authority figure does when they're disappointed.

Someone should stop me from commenting on things when I'm tired or lethargic. :desksweat:

I like how the outfits seem fitted to their waist. That's kind of a problem I've had with many dresses so far; they don't seem to compliment their figures very well. I'm glad these do, Keiko's dress especially.

Maybe it's intentionally like that, for effect...? It's a huge oversight, otherwise.

Interest or excitement probably wasn't directed at the content of the cover, but the fact that people finally know what the cover looks like. That was a part of it for me, though I'm not so excited as to bounce off the walls in unrestrained ecstacy, and besides, it's not like covers to artist books are designed in a way to make you feel like you're on a thrilling rollercoaster just by looking at them.

I kind of agree. Surprisingly, I like very few of Kalafina's photoshoots, despite the fact that I do think all members of Kalafina are beautiful. However, I think a great many blog post pictures from them are adorable and look good;;

I like it as well. I think Keiko's dress is my favorite. (If only I'd look good in something like that heh) Can't wait to get the book! I hope there's no change as well, does anyone know? :dote:
 
Did someone bought Kalafina Record?

I want to get it but don't know if it's worth to get the LE edition for the hardcover... :confu:

For me, the fact that they're still beautiful despite the photoshopping (the same can't be said for girugamesh, who mostly look much better without it) and their hairpieces make the picture. I kinda don't expect good photos from Kala anymore, because that "TOMMY" guy is always their photographer and he seems to be rather uninspired. But it's not as bad as the Red Moon covers, so I'm relieved about that :ohoho:

Plus the huge size is awesome. I'm going to make some wallpapers out of it soon :stars:
 
@Trunks, I bought the LE version. I will let you know about the hardcover. I'm hoping it will be awesome. hehe

Also, I listened to Hikaru's part of Kugatsu while making them, and the more I heard it the more I personally believed that a Gloria-esque arrangement would've benefited the song much more: i.e., piano w/sparkly FX or bells, but no other instruments. The Kagayaku arrangement doesn't really fit the mood, at least for me :spotlight:
 
I don't even like Kugatsu at all, I appreciate Haru wa Kogane much more than this one. This one is Gloria meets Natsu no Ringo for me. Don't really like those 2 songs,so this one is just horrible.
