The first track from Umineko's Rose Crimson soundtrack also seems to use a made up language... Either that, or it's some language I can't identify.And for some reason, 00:28 - 00:34 sounds like the main theme of Kara No Kyoukai.

The Sims also use their made-up language Simlish on their soundtracks as well.
