Hmm, garo ost is digital via HS Records/Earkth right?

'cause from what I'm seeing previous garo soundtracks were tokutens but this season's tokutens are different.

Only CD quality lossless? The hell is happening these days? Everyone is ignoring hirez...
TBH makes me not want to buy it despite liking the samples.

(And no, I don't want to argue hirez placebo bloat.)

edit:
lol, but the release on NZ qobuz is hirez. hopefully it's available when it hits my local qobuz, too.

edit2:
Seems like it's legit hirez on qobuz. Gud.
OST is enjoyable (except for the few loud actiony moments with synth choirs), fairly short though - no idea if complete.

Tbh it doesnt sound much different from the one included in Seventh Heaven, but will have to actually compare them side by side to be sure.

Hmmm I don't remember a live footage included in Seventh Heaven DVD... It was the PV.
And about that audio, let me say that sounds suspiciously good... Now I want to know how the uploader got it...

It's not private for me? I can save it if you like. @tsubasa
that parallel hearts videos is so cringy. someone should ping Kajiura about that channel

That's the cleanest sounding bootleg I've ever heard that I'm inclined to think it's a staff member who leaked it. Or someone with a ridiculously good microphone. It's definitely a performance from vol.2, ir at least from the same tour. Hikaru sings "naite sakende kiete yuku bokura wa" which Wakana takes over after Maya leaves.

Obviously being one of their earliest performances, it's really rough, but to my surprise, outside of some minor intonation issues, Hikaru sounds good. Far more on key than Wakana was in this performance (which isn't surprising, most bootlegs until 2011 showed that Wakana had extremely bad pitch while Hikaru was mostly good). No comments for Maya, she's fine but not outstanding. Not bad at all but not amazing. Her karaoke version of Sprinter was much better.

I'll go with the first theory, someone might've have leaked yet... Probably whoever company was in charge of recording the audio...

ALLEGEDLY, Sprinter live from Yuki Kajiura live vol 2, with Maya.

I listened and had a lot of questions about it. It seemed to be a fan recording since it had the live reverb effects and all that, so it was directly from a live setting.

I would actually be curious to hear "Kizuato" from this same source to hear the live vocals and how each person sounded.

Interesting possibilities.

Wakana's voice was kinda subsumed by Yuriko's studio-refined backing track at the beginning, which made that first kajiurago line sound perfectly on key. Maya's voice was fairly stable pitch-wise though lacking some dynamics and energy.

Checking the line from 3:49 and then at 4:00: who was singing each line? It sounded like Hikaru first, then Maya (because of her more stable pitch).
