this is typical now, though last year if was usually between 0.01 and 0.1 for both. Teh building management switched to COMCAST (haaaaaaaa) and we see this "amazing" improvement

The ironic thing is that my ISP sent me an email a couple days ago, "your net speed has been upgraded to 100 Mb/s"... I don't see any difference with when they promised me 30 Mb/s

My modem suffered of an overvoltage, so I had it exchanged for another one of the same make. But my connection isn't the same anymore... I didn't think that it could be crappier than what I had before:
