Hi to everyone!

Nick Hunter

I have reached Yuki nirvana
Hmm... Strange. It seems like I'm gonna be the first one to use this branch.
OK, I'm Nick Hunter by nickname, Serge by name and actually live in Belarus (before you ask, no, it's not Russia, merely its closest western neighbour :) ). Born in Minsk on April 1st of 1987... no, it's not a joke, it just so happened... Now a third-year, studying English and Spanish. I enjoy animated features of almost any kind (with the exception of Happy Tree Friends and all hentai), books (mostly fantasy) and music. Games... yes, but mostly console games of 80s /90s; there are but a few PC titles I really liked.
Well, what else... Apart from Kajiura, my playlist consists of Elton John, Mike Oldfield, Genesis, U2, Enya, Sting, Andrew Lloyd Webber (I think I'd better stop here) and below that - of any song which I like and any composer whose music is motley and interesting enough.
I got involved in writing songtexts (English and an oddly lesser amount of Belarusian and Russian), and I am now learning to write music, pretty well slowed by the unfinished music education and the absense of a musical instrument (PC keyboard and a FruityLoops sequensor are not that much of a substitute, alas), but that doesn't discourage me.
Character... cheerful most of the time. Now enthusiastic, now pretty lazy. A sense of humor (however cynical at times) included.
Hyuu, it's more like a novel I've written here... I suppose, that will do for an introduction. :D

:) You are Welcome! Even though I am not the owner of the site (Kerahna is) I welcome you and I am very happy that our small forum becomes bigger even with slow rate. I have to inform you that the site is not finished yet (because Kerahna doesnt have time to finish it -busy with university) , and actually this is a experimental version of the site. Kerahna will explain you better than me. Have a nice stay.:D
Please post your suggestion in the "Suggestions" part of the forum if you have any).

And to answer to your suprise that noone had made thread here... well usually people dont introduse themselves at forums the way you do because they are either bored to or they find it unneccesary.

Hey! Welcome to the site! It's great to know you have such an interest in music, and I think you will fit right in.

The actual reason you were first to post an introduction is because I just recently made the section. So congratulations on being the first introduced member of our site!

We look forward to seeing more of you (:

Hi Nick! It's great to meet you! As naoise said, you're the first one to use the introductions board because he just made the board like 3 days ago XD Even we haven't introduced ourselves!

It's cool that you have the same birthday as sakura and shaoran from tsubasa :D (and watanuki from xxxholic hehee)

Should i introduce myself? ummmmmm hiiii im a second year life science student. Apart from Yuki I like enya, yanni, adiemus, vienna teng, yasunori mitsuda, maksim mrvica, and other game/anime music :3

lol I didnt knew that this section was new, I thought that it was always here.

Kerahna, george1234, naoise, nice to meet you all¡ :D
You know, for an experimental version the site looks just too good. Yuki made a rather quick move into my list of favourite musicians (on the other hand, it's been a year... ), and I remember how much time it took me to find a decent fansite of, say, Elton John (let alone Mike Oldfield). That's why I was surprised and happy to find this site, and I fully enjoy its look and content¡ If I may be of help to it in future - I will, gladly.

Yeah, I appreciate the fact, too, because Watanuki is probably the closest anime character to me (I mean that we have much in common regarding character traits, temper and - to some extent - appearance). I've never done cosplay, but if I did, he would probably be the role. :)
As to Tsubasa, I for the moment consider it my favourite anime. This is where I first heard Yuki and got introduced to the peculiar style of Koichi Mashimo (unexplicably attractive, though sometimes annoying).

PS: Sorry for inverted exclamation marks, I'm logging in from my PPC, but the screen keyboard just won't behave...

Have you watched Madlax Nick Hunter ? Its great. Philosophy, political and religional issues are being sus out great scenario and action , all together in a great anime (although its a bit boring from times to times it worths to see it till the end)

No, actually I haven't, but I'm looking forward to it. However, I did watch Noir and was impressed. "A bit boring at times"... I guess it's a description for all of Mashimo's works (except probably captain Tylor)

I forgot to methion that Madlax has songs and soundtrack by Yuki Kajiura ( I can send it to you if you want) songs sung by Fiction Junction YUUKA (my favorite Yuki's vocalist)

Of course, it's Kajiura :D And that's one of her best works, too. I've been searching for her music throughout the net (till the day there's a decent Internet shop here in Minsk, with Japanese music on sale), so I've found Madlax already. There are songs I fail to find, but this album, among several others, I have. Thanks for the offer, maybe you need some songs that I might have?
BTW, if it's all right, I could give some useful links, just someone tell me where.

That would be great! If you look under the music section of the fourm, there is a master mp3 list sticky. We would be glad for some shiny new links to go there! (:

I have all the animation soundtracks from this list, but no solo albums. I'll post my collection later, if you please.
BTW, Eat-man - did Yuki compose the music for both albums? The one with the titles "Silencio", "Chiisana Koi no Melody" etc is undoubtedly hers, but the other one has a different kind of sound.
