I posted this on the facebook forum but no one noticed XD

"Has anyone heard of her? She is a less well known composer with a style very very similar to Yuki! She did music for Rozen Maiden and Atelier Iris, and I don't know much else about her because she's not on wikipedia ^^;"

if you see kukui or tieleaf, that is haruka!
 
OOOH very interesting, I've never heard one of her song before.
When I read " composer with a style very very similar to Yuki" it atracted my attention xD
hmm that's right, the instrumentation reminds me Yuki's music some time.
I have to listen to them more to give a real opinion.

I don't know much else about her because she's not on wikipedia ^^;

the ar tonelico soundtracks are great! especially the side CDs that are all vocal. I think i like ar tonelico 1's better than the sequel's
 
You've got quite a choice there. :) Tenshi hosts only one CD with three vocal tracks and their karaoke versions.
Very unusual to hear background music that is 98% vocalised :D

Kazahane is a great song (H2O ED) with great backgroung music and great lyrics. and the anime its swelf has beutiful music in all its duration , the plot is very good and sends nice messages (its touching)

Yeah I heard there's some kind of philosophical plot.
And from a couple of screens I happened to see, the graphics are awesome, too. :D
 
I like Haruka Shimotsuki but I've just heard one song called Kazahana and the single Kiri ni Mukouni Tsunagaru Sekai (this was in collaboration with Revo, the leader of Sound Horizon)
 
Oh wow I never knew about that second one! A collaboration with Revo, just like Yuki's concerts!! Oh man i wonder if Revo can introduce Haruka to Yuki that would be so GREATT
 
I think that Haruka appeared as special guest in one of Sound Horizon's concert. Maybe we have the same luck with Dream Port 2008 but I'm not sure if the singers for the concert are already decided.

I think a collaboration is conceivable. It would be like the collaboration between savage genius and Yuki !!

By the wayyy, I love the song "Eden" in Leer lied and I adore "Hana Hiraku Souten" in Tsukioi no Toshi...but all their songs are GREAT !!!
 
omg i just realized that the place i saw revo's name before was in credits with haruka!! AAAAAAAaaa they did the atelier iris grand fantasm theme together omg~~~ ive been listening to that song and i totally forgot about that link!

this concert is going to be so goooooood T________________T

savage genius should do a concert with yuki too XD i love Aizome it is one of my favorite songs EVERrrrr but i think i like the version that Mamiko Noto sings a bit more than Aa's but they are both so great ^_^

grrr Sound Horizon's website doesnt say who's going to be there....
