Hello everyone!

Dropping by to say Hello to everyone here.
I'm probably the most long time stalker of CPM, and I can't even remember when I first came here :XD: I have been lurking around in the shadows here, but never actually regiestered... so I figured it is time.

Who am I then? I'm from Sweden... and.. can't really come up with anything more to say. Oh yeah, I began listening to Kajiura after watching .Hack //Sign. I didn't fall in love with the music immediately, but rather found myself "humming" (in loss of better word) songs from the anime, while thinking "Oh yeah, this song is from that anime. I should check out the soundtrack"... I ended up listening to the soundtrack every waking hour, so much that I'm still kind of tired of those songs... :uh..: Aaaanyway I found out about Kalafina a year after that when I was searching Youtube for Yuki Kajiuira videos and found clips from the Kalafina live concert 2008 07 31. Since then I have been completely hooked on Kalafina :sohappy:

Well, that's about it. Thanks alot for reading this rather confused introduction! I hope I'll have a great time here!
よろしくおねがいします!

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY!!! :sohappy:

i did something like you didnt i was listening to bloody rabbit and didnt know anything so i wrote it down and saw yuki kajiura did know her
one day at school i searched up anime music lyrics of bloody rabbit and came here ever since :dote:

Welcome Mizu... I was a late started to Yuki Kajiura's music only discovering it in 2011 on the Animelo Summer Live videos (2008 cover of Nowhere by Minori Chihara, yozuca* and Savage Genius, and 2009 version by FictionJunction Yuuka). When Kalafina where announced for Animelo Summer Live 2011 I bought the Red Moon blu-ray. I also really liked Chiaki Ishikawa's songs and singing.

I hope that you can get to see YK and her singers and musicians live at some stage.

[edit - fix yozuca*]

Welcome to CPM, Mizu-san! :cheer:

Oh, Sweden? You are from far, far away~ But it's good to see Yuki fans everywhere! :3
I hope you like it here and don't worry; I'm sure we've all been stalkers of this site at some point or another. ;D

Welcome! I am either Lina or Liana, and love the .hack soundtrack still, and am addicted to Kalafina as well. (Been listening to the moonfesta single a lot lately) Hope you like it here! :dote:

hai hai! How old are you?

It was a FJ concert. Or you mean Kalafina's intro for this live?

Welcome Mizu (no Akashi :XD: ). We used to have another member from the Far North, its was Theo from Finland, but he kinda got busy with life I guess.

I would love to sometime visit one of these countries.

other than that welcome to the forum! Please enjoy your stay!

It's really too bad, because it's really cheap and easy to get to germany from were I am. But... anyone has some time I can borrow? I will give it back, I promise :knife:

Im trying desperately to forget how old I am so I'll just give an obvious hint: I'm born the same year as Keiko. :XD: I'll take a guess that age of people here vary about as much as nationality?

Haah, you are right about the concert. Sorry, my bad. But it's... weird... because that was definately when I found Kalafina. I wonder how that happened?
:confu:

Kalafina was singing the opening act for this concert. Probably you've mixed it up a bit.

Yeah, that seems to be the case.. well, told ya it was a confused introduction :ohoho:
I was just weirded out by it... because now when I recall, I realize that all clips I found then was FJ, and that I actually have no idea how I went from that to finding Kalafina. (I didn't know Kalafina was part of that concert (so much for being a fan... :uh..: ) and neither the dvd nor the booklet mentions them) It's not too weird though, a comment or a related video probably solves that mystery, it's just that I can't remember it that bothers me...

Anyway, I should not let such things bother me, and have a great time here instead! :sohappy:

that's because they were released separately:

The live event: http://canta-per-me.net/live-events/2008-yk2/ + http://canta-per-me.net/live-events/2008-yk3
The DVD for the FJ part: http://canta-per-me.net/discography/yuki-dvd1
The DVD for the Kalafina parts, released into the Seventh Heaven album: http://canta-per-me.net/discography/seventh-heaven/ (look at the note)

Oooooh.. I see. Thanks for clearing that up for me  I still have much to learn it seems
