I wouldn't be so sure about the focus on Japanese questions actually, it seems as though they were intentionally targeting non-Japanese nationals for this particular program. Chances are probably still ridiculously low as they'll only ask a handful of questions and there's probably been a ton of submissions.
 
I think that they should focus on non-japanese questions, since the main request was for foreings fans, so let's hope in any case :)
Anyway the WaaKee moment at the end is simply beautiful!!

I can't remember exactly but I think they asked for questions back in November and was open for a few days.

It's only a half hour slot though so they'll likely only answer 5-6 tops I reckon. I hope someone here gets in, but I'm not going to expect it.

The submission box is still open actually... interestingly. It'd just be cool if an international question was picked to me

That's no use to me, one showing I'll be asleep, the next I'll be at work and the third I won't be home yet. Oh well, at least I missed it because I was out watching Hateful Eight. Film is gooood.

Hopefully someone will upload it. Oddly enough I think I know two of the people who got picked, I'm certain I know at least one of them.

Still disappointed that I didn't get in, but oh well. I just asked them what they think of the fact that their music has affected foreigners despite the language barrier and distance.

That's super cool, congratulations. Honestly this entire experiecne is exciting even though I missed it. It's just super exciting that Western fans are getting closer to Kalafina despite the language barrier.
 
Nope, got confirmation now. I have on at least a couple of occasions talked to ALL THREE PEOPLE WHO GOT THEIR QUESTIONS ANSWERED. One of them is @sutekinanijinoiro. I don't think either of the other two are on CPM?
