Gekijōban Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica: Walpurgis no Kaiten (In Japanese theaters on February 2026)

Yeah; she’s just saying she’s happy about the rebroadcast using Magia. I really don’t think she’s being maniacal/deliberate here, lol. Though it does give a fun mental image of Keiko mischievously rubbing her hands together.
Sorry, I didn't get this comment.

Where did Keiko comment about the rebroadcast (with potential inner hand-rubbing)?

.

For me, eventually watching the Madoka anime after having first loved the MV and being a fan of Kajiura, made me feel the emotional impact of the song as evidence of Kajiura's transmitting the despair of the characters into song form.
I found it interesting that in the creditless you can see details in the animation better, for example i had never notice the other siluettes when madoka walking were the other girl characters.

I believe @Decretum was following up on @george1234's perception of that Keiko_Staff tweet, while prefacing that said tweet doesn't read malicious at all (as george was suggesting).

Going back to that - Keiko (or her staff) is allowed to be happy that a song she recorded 15 years ago is still relevant and having a life today (via a new broadcast of the TV show), without having to mention Kajiura or having fans imagine malicious things behind that tweet.

OK, thanks for clarifying that.

Yeah... No one erases the other by not talking frequently about them. Everyone is living in the moment.
