Didn't Fate to Zero first appear in the trailer not long after Yuki said she was recording a dark song with four or five vocalists? It could be several of them together. :ayashii:
Ahh...I already forgot about that... it's possible.. I re-listen some Yuriko's tracks that George recommended but IMO, it still sounds so different from the voice in Fate to Zero.

I agree with Grunty on the point that Hanae never sounded like this in Yuki's ost. Among all vocalists credited, I've thought that it's closest to Hanae... But to think about how Yuriko's can be differently sounded in operatic part...I'm not sure right now...

I think the solo soprano in this day, and never again is Yuriko. I wasn't sure in the show but on CD I definitely think I'm hearing Yuriko. Hanae never sounded like this in Kajiura's tracks.
It's definitely Yuriko.

I'm confused on fate to zero's vocalists so I won't comment. The scat @ 2:15 is Eri to me (definitely not Yuriko) but the main chorus vocals I've no idea. For all I know it could be all three (Eri, Hanae and Yuriko).
I think it's Yuriko and Hanae (and maybe Eri too) like in Walk to your Destiny from RHH.

And I gave up guessing long ago :ohoho:
The absence of vocalist/song info (when even Madoka BD booklets had some) is something I can only view as a mini-trollfest on Sony's part :knife:

^ It has info, what it doesnt have is which tracks each vocalist/musicians sings/plays at (they are this lazy) so its all about guessing.

I meant this much. Who plays/sings where is exactly what Madoka booklet says. If they're getting lazier year by year, I dread seeing SAO booklets. :hide:

After listening to "this day and never again" again (lol) and complaring it with M41 + 42 from Knk OST 7, (or "into the light" from KnK Collection if you want) where Hanae Tomaru's vocals are not with chorus effect, I ended up that its her doing the solo vocal on "this day and never again", so that explains why her name is in the credits. ^^

[EDIT]

Lyrics up, I will link them tomorrow (this means that you canr find it in the lyrics list yet), I'm sorry for the huge delay! (1 month lol)

I agree with Eddie. Hanae's voice in Into the Light doesn't really sounds like This day...

Besides, like Kazado said, Hanae might have sung with Yuriko in Fate to Zero.

Fate to zero sounds like Yuri or/and Eri to me :@_@:
As for This day, never again I agree with Grunty. The solo part is definitely sung by Yuriko.

Yatta! My copy of Yasashii Piano Solo and Hikigatari Fate/Zero Sheet Music has finally arrived! I can finally learn how to play The TTB instrumental on the piano! :sohappy:

If only I had a real piano though, since Smule is the closest thing I have for one... :uh..:

^ I may need to practice more though, since I'm not really that good playing the piano... :desksweat:

I'll do my best though! :innocent:
