^ yup. I'm in the US and for me it said the programme was not available for my region :...:
 
They sang Manten live as well. Full version. I cried tears of joy.
By the way, I realise this is a little late but only the anime broadcast was restricted by region. The one dedicated to the studio lives was not region locked at all.

I share your feeling about "Manten". I liked too the performance of Haruna Luna.

I live in France and I have the problem of region locking. I used the plugin FoxyProxy for Firefox and set a japanese proxy to bypass the region lock.
 
I'm glad my doubts were proven wrong! Manten was a nice surprise by them! Full version to boot! Thank you for throwing it in as a special treat! :TdT:

Even if it was not the full version, Haruna Luna performed a little live of it. I find this live better than the video clip version.

Non-premium members can actually view the timeshift (a replay of the live broadcast) version as well. It is also a good way for non-premium members to watch the entire thing, albeit not live, without getting kicked out if the stream is too popular.

The only difference between non-premium members and premium members is that non-premium members have to reserve their timeshift at least 30mins before it is live. There is also a limit to how many timeshift you can have on reserve at any one time (10 IIRC. I'm premium so...). Premium members can view any timeshift whenever they want as long as it is still available.

Generally, timeshifts are available for 7 days after it has aired. How many times you can view the timeshift varies though. Some have no restrictions whatsoever, while some (this studio live, for example) can only be timeshift viewed once only. Not all shows have timeshift though most do.

^ Haha, I wasn't terribly impressed with Haruna at first but after watching her sing live like that I think I like her more. She sounded better here.

Kalafina looked...vulnerable, somehow. It was really interesting watching them perform like that. No costumes, no fans, no post-production, just them ...A bit raw at parts, but oh wow, Manten was awesome :nosebleed: I'm so happy I got to see that.

I skipped the parts were Haruna talks, it's boring... but she sang unexpectedly good!

Agree with Varete, Keiko's "ne?" towards Hikaru was funny :XD: Like "Hii-chan, you'll have to speak now! And speak plenty" :XD: And I really liked to see them performing with casual clothing :shy: Somehow I liked Keiko's style, even though it's the kind of style I usually wouldn't like. But she looked great. I just didn't like the hat very much. But, oh, well, let's get to the point :XD:
Wakana strained and went off condierably in ttb. It was agreed that we would wait for their next performances before going desperate, so can I start worrying now? :uh..: To me, it really looks like something's going on with her. But she did well in Manten, at least. As for Hikaru, she overacted all the time and shouted a bit, so, nothing new :XD: And Keiko reminded me why she was my first favorite amongst the utahimes. Her Kajiurago at the begining of ttb was awesome :shy: Even though she started it off :XD:

As for Haruna...this has been discussed here already, but...she is so small!! :XD: :imdead: And why she got to talk to the guy during almost the whole show? Kalafina talked so little in comparison. At some point, my little Japanese spotted the guy even telling her that director Ei Aoki did the storyboards for ep. 18 (or 19, can't remember) and I was like: "What is this tech talk going on between the guy and Haruna?!" LOL as for her singing, I got surprised, she did very well and her last phrase sounded awesome. Guess she can develop well if wel trained :goodjob:

Sumarizing, that's what I like to see. Live, raw, and with people missing/going off a little. That's the "true" aspect of live performances that pleases me :tea:

Watched! managed to capture the video to the beginning was nice (didnt watched it second time yet), sora wa takaku was well performed, but I have a feeling that in the refrain at some point was too emotionally touched and sung kinda happily at firenst and then turned to more dramatic than the recording XD

manten had lots of emoticon on it, loved it :dote: also wtf was the thing the interviewer was drinking ? :confu:

also is it me or the piano on sora wa takaku and manten was live?

Come to think of it we havent got this kind of video (interview & studio live) since the FJY Destination Web Special :dote:
 
^ The show has already ended and its up on nico to watch, to the beginning starts at 16:20, Sora wa takaku at 38:06 and manten at 43:02.
