im big fans of ayu.
but the past two years i lost my interest at her songs.
and i still buy all her album.

滨崎步?i am not familiar with her.i have not heard her song.

I love her!! She was the first j-pop musician that I really enoyed to like and have been supporting her career for some years now <3

Some of my favorite songs by Ayumi are:

- decision
- Memorial Address
- identity
- Secret
- Jewel
- Dearest
- Rule

I have just started listening to her. She's not too bad to be honest. Most of her stuff musically is ok.

what songs are you listening now?
have you hear her new single? moon/blossom

well one think that i can't deny from her, why she always make wonderful MV. that's reason keeping me to buy her album.

don't really like her, since her voice is not my favourite type of voice~
but I do enjoy her song in InuYasha, like Shin :XD:

I won't lie and say her voice attracts me much, but what I really like in her songs are the arrangements :sohappy: Endless Sorrow is :nosebleed: But I don't hate her voice either, it is just that it isn't among my favorite voices.
My favorite songs by her are:
immature
Endless Sorrow
Seasons
No Way to Say
appears
it was
SURREAL

And many others :dote:

Never tried her songs, I don't know if her songs are the type I like

+ I don't like her :blood:

Yes, it's a very catchy rhythm at the beginning.

it's a very very good song. even much better than the original one.
actually this original title is love soundtrack by Kumo

I'm a huge Ayu fan, since 2001 when she released UNITE!. I never thought her voice to be a great finding but it really got better with time. She's an amazing lyricist, her lyrics always touched me, even the songs I don't like. They are more human, unlike Kajiura's that are extremely poetic and sometimes hard to understand. Plus, the musicians that work with her are the best avex has in their ranks. The PVs are a case apart, nobody can argue that they are extremely well produced, with great direction, even though some were kinda weak... the concerts are great, full of energy, the contact she keeps with her fans is amazing (I follow her on twitter, she plays games with the fans), and the woman NEVER STOPS WORKING! It's insane.

Even if people don't like her music style (which is pretty versatile), there's no arguing she IS the Empress of JPop.

QUEEN OF JPOP :sparkleguy:
i like her too, especially her live

when u watched her concert once, you cant find other excellant perfermance same as that
:ayashii: :shy:

The lives are full of energy.... It's amazing. I wish I had the opportunity to attend to one....

Hum, about the lyrics, I see your point, but I think that nowadays her lyrics have become a little too...not only predictable but also a bit weak. There are some exceptions, like Talkin' 2 myself for instance, but I think the great majority could be a little better. But oh well, she has some songs that had weak lyrics in the past too. Regarding the musicians and her music style being pretty versatile, I could not agree with you more. Her versality throughout the years has never ceased to amaze me.
