Consequences of Kajiura Leaving Space Craft Produce

Something I wondered when I first heard about Kajiura leaving Space Craft Produce: how exactly wasn't her relationship with JVCKenwood Victor Entertainment Corporation not affected?

For context, Kajiura is under flying DOG, a sub-label of JVC Entertainment (part of JVCKenwood Victor as a whole). I mean, she created her own agency (FictionJunction Music) so what changed? Especially since Kajiura worked with Chiaki Ishikawa again (See-Saw) for Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom's "Sarigiwa no Romantics" (Ishikawa still under flying DOG)?

Kajiura is not "under flying DOG".
AFAICT Victor is a distributor/publisher/producer(or rather has its own producers), Space Craft is a managment company/producer(or rather has its own producers). No issues there.

And beyond everything, where there's a will, there's a way...

To be honest, as far as we are concerned, pretty much nothing is different as of now.
Mori switched companies, Kajiura followed and all is right with the world.
