But there are still things like this, which lol disgust me completely. :voodoo:
I'm sure 'those same people' will be saying the same kinda things even if the American ladies had won, only in a different direction... :uh..:

I guess Americans hates losing. It is just female soccer (I do not know how Spain played and this is a footbal looving country) It is almost nonexistent in the usa for sure .

Haters gonna hate It can't be helped.

I think it is quite the opposite. I've heard that there is a really organized Women's Soccer Championship in the USA, and they had won the World Cup twice already (and this Cup exists since 1991, so it is quite a lot). As far as I know, in the USA they view soccer as a sport for women.

Ahh, I guess it's just that I'm so unused to seeing it; whenever any kind of discrimination happens, I always get annoyed at whoever's been saying it. :omg:

Thank God for the laws against it here in England! Pretty much everyone I know would never even consider saying anything remotely like that, but still... The laws help.

All the news here is "Poor US didn't win, they fumbled everything, they feel so bad, isn't it horrible, blah blah blah."

How about "Good for Japan, it's great that they have something to be happy about now, especially after the earthquake, so let's congratulate them!" for a change? :bloodlust:

Agreed
