we agree on everything but the first 2.And the following 2 in anime you mean i guess..

I confess that I've sometimes...wondered about Yuki and Ishikawa Chiaki.

me too me too~ i wonder what happened....
yuki never mentions Chiaki anymore, and never performs see-saw songs in live concerts although Chiaki does >_<
and at anime boston they asked the audience for trivia quiz "what is yuki's other music project?" and the answer was "fictionjunction", its as if see-saw never existed

I don't think anything too acrimonious happened. I think they just became different musically (listen to 'Uninstall' and 'Oblivious', for example, and if you have a background in classical music, as I do, you hear a great deal of underlying difference in music theory and execution beneath the cosmetic similarities--Chiaki tends to use simpler instrumentation, for one thing) and Chiaki is just more willing than Yuki is to dredge up that aspect of her past as a musician. Yuki does have some auteur-ish qualities--she reminds me of Beethoven with his many eccentricities and almost tsundere attitude sometimes--that Chiaki doesn't really seem to. What makes it weird is that See-Saw technically still exists and still includes both of them. It's still signed to Victor Records, it's just not put out any new music in four and a half years!

And that isn't what I meant by 'wonder about them' anyway. I meant more 'HOLY CRAP they look almost Parker and Hulme-y on the Dream Field cover and liner notes'. Did I mention I'm also a yuri addict?

If I had to guess I'd say that they're probably still friends. Yuki strikes me as the sort of person who'd be a bit...dramatic if something had gone wrong.
