I think that at least he's dead. This kind of 'person' don't have the right of life...

The strange thing is, he wasn't a bandit, probabily he came from a good familily and all. So why he did it?? What purpouse???

No, he had to be alive. If he just kills himself, he will just escape any kind of judgment or anything like this. He dies, and then what? We won't be able to punish him in any way. It's far too easy to just kill yourself and flee from your deeds. He should be alive and be tortured every single day of his filthy and despicable life. But I sure hope he went to somewhere even worse than hell. Shooting children at their feet so they can't run, putting them against walls and shooting them on the head. Unforgivable.

Totally agreed. At least he should have suffered. There's no reason to what he did. Killing childrens? Why, for God's sake? You are not a human, not a animal, you can't even be called a demon. You are nothing but a senseless frickin' murderer.

There is no punishment in brasil. If he was alive, he would fulfill 1/X of his sentence and then finish it in freedom for good behavior. Or have a special cell with cable TV and good lunch (better then our child eat in schools).

He would suffer, because such a crime has big public repercussion. Do you remember Isabella? And Eliza Samúdio? The repercussion was a key fact to get the suspects in jail. Even if he was free from prison, someone would kill him anyway. Death is freedom for those who've got nothing more to lose.
 
I think death is freedom for the ones who are still alive... Making him suffer physically will not bring the dead back or ease the pain of those who are still living... But well, that's just what i think, this subject is more complex than that

And wasn't Bruno who was eating spaghetti and watching TV in jail?

btw, yesterday they were trying to put him in liberty..
