Yes, basically. I've got a few books that are very helpful, and I took a course last year that barely helped me at all, but everything else I learned by practicing.

It kinda amazes me that I've managed to pick anything up that way :desksweat:

@kp: no no, you don't absorb much from your language courses w/out outside practice. your english is really good.

on a side note, some ppl i've met are like really insanely talented :bloodlust:

"your english is so good! how did you learn it? how many languages do you speak?"

"why thank you! but it's not that great, i learned only from watching english movies and tv. i speak a bajillion other languages"

I don't really want to, but I also want to do a cover of Sora wa Takaku over the original instrumental. I could try making my own instrumental, but it's likely to turn out badly :uh..:
