Well, there are some but they tend to be a mixture of Japanese and Chinese food and they tend to have sushi, sashimi, a sloppy yakisoba and things like that. There's a city in Brazil that has a "China Town" (but most of the people that live there are Japanese descendants) so I'm sure that I could find ramen there. I'll try to do this when I have the money to travel there lol

Ah, I can just imagine myself in Japan, going from ramen stand to ramen stand, asking 「このラーメンは、小麦がありますか？」 and getting 「はい」 every time :XD:

I have a wheat-free diet...

At this point, I still don't know if there's such an allergy thanks to a Yahoo article confusing me :uh..:

I guess it's accurate to say that I'm sensitive to wheat...it bothers me, although not as much as a lot of dairy does.
