does playing the piano harmony parts come naturally to you? like do you use your own or follow the songs exactly

Hmm...I guess I improvise most of it, although I try to copy the little riffs and things (like the piano opening in Utsukushisa) exactly. The left hand is pretty tough, since I get stuck repeating myself a lot especially on faster songs.
